Rules for
“To My World'22”
(PROJECT EXPO)
Things to follow:
1. Registrations for this event shall be done only through https://avegg22.wixsite.com/aaveg-22 and shall be done from 15.12.22 to 22.12.22 only.
2. Registration fee of INR. 150 per member of the team shall be paid.
3. Two tabs for registrations are placed. One for participants making online payment and another for physical mode of payment. Choose your tabs carefully.
4. The projects shall be restricted to C, Python, Arduino, Web development, Cloud applications, NLP, IOT, IIOT, Task monitoring domains, Electric Vehicles only.
5. Team size shall be maximum of 3 members, all from AICTE approved Colleges & Universities.
6. Event will be conducted both in Offline and Online modes.
7. Offline mode requires representations from teams by at least one person from the team in person (Registration fee has to be paid for all members).
8. Online mode requires presentations of their projects through platforms like Zoom, WhatsApp video call etc., depending upon the then circumstances (Registration fee has to be paid for all members).
9. Presentation of your Project in pre determined sequence of teams will be witnessed by interested and select audience of 50 to 100 members (as like a seminar).
10. A minimum of 14 pages report in soft copy (non-detailed version of your Work) shall be submitted on or before 23.12.22 to aavegeee22@gmail.com and facilitate prior scrutiny.
11. The event does not claim any IPR over your projects.
12. All Registered participants are entitled for INR. 300 worth Geeks for Geeks Coupons.
13. The Winner of "To My World'22" is entitled to receive INR 2000 worth Geeks for Geeks Coupons, Cash Prize of INR.1000, T-shirt, Printed & e-Certificate, Publication in Newspapers and Newsletters.
14. No on spot registrations shall be made.
“I know it’22”
(Technical Quiz)
Things to follow:
1. Registrations for this event shall be done only through https://avegg22.wixsite.com/aaveg-22 and shall be done from 15.12.22 to 22.12.22 only.
2. Registration fee of INR. 150 per member of the team shall be paid.
3. Two tabs for registrations are placed. One for participants making online payment and another for physical mode of payment. Choose your tabs carefully.
4. The questions shall be restricted to Python Libraries, Arduino, Web development, IOT, Kali Linux (2 question from each domain for one round of questions).
5. Team size shall be maximum of 2 members, all from AICTE approved Colleges & Universities.
6. Event will be conducted in Offline mode only.
7. All Registered participants are entitled for INR. 300 worth Geeks for Geeks Coupons
8. The Winner of "I Know it’22" is entitled to receive INR. 2000 worth Geeks for Geeks Coupons, Cash Prize of INR.1000, T-shirt, Printed & e-Certificate, Publication in Newspapers and News letters
10. Possession of electronic gadgets are not allowed during the time of Event-2.
11. Task Master Decision is final.
12. All further details regarding the conduct of the event-2, shall be briefed an hour before the commencement.
13. No on spot registrations shall be made.
14. Carry your Institution and AAVEG’22 Identity cards at all times inside AITS-Tirupati campus.
“I can speak it’22”
(Paper presentation)
Things to follow:
1. Registrations for this event shall be done only through https://avegg22.wixsite.com/aaveg-22 and shall be done from 15.12.22 to 22.12.22 only.
2. Registration fee of INR. 150 per member of the team shall be paid.
3. Two tabs for registrations are placed. One for participants making online payment and another for physical mode of payment. Choose your tabs carefully.
4. Maximum number of participants in a Team is two.
5. The broader domains from which papers expected are Arduino, Web development, Cloud applications, NLP, IOT, IIOT, Task monitoring domains, Kali Linux, Power Systems, Electric Vehicles.
6. It is advisable that the paper shall be in IEEE format. Paper should be well comprehended, albeit advanced which could appeal to an Undergraduate.
7.The event will be Conducted in Offline and Online Modes.
8. An Abstract of the paper shall be submitted on or before 23.12.22 for scrutiny and shall not exceed more than 250 words to aavegeee22@gmail.com.
9. Soft-copies of the submitted paper and PowerPoint presentations must be in the .docx and .pptx format respectively. Kindly Mail your abstract, paper and ppt to above mentioned. Difficulties will be addressed through the same email-id.
10. Each team will get 20 minutes for presentation and followed by interactive session.
11. Presentation of your Paper in pre-determined sequence of teams will be witnessed by interested and select audience of 50 to 100 members (as like a seminar).
12. Students from different Institutions can be a part of the same team. However, one student must not be a part of multiple teams for the same event.
13. The decision of Judges will be final and no arguments or appeal will be entertained.
14. The Winner of "Technical Quiz" is entitled to receive INR. 2000 worth Geeks for Geeks Coupons, Cash Prize of INR.1000, T-shirt, Printed & e-Certificate, Publication in Newspapers and Newsletters. 2nd & 3rd Positions will receive cash prize of INR.500.
14. The event does not claim any IPR over your Paper presented.

“I am the best Coder’22”
(Codethon)
Things to follow:
1. Registrations for this event shall be done only through https://avegg22.wixsite.com/aaveg-22 and shall be done from 15.12.22 to 22.12.22 only.
2. Registration fee of INR. 150 shall be paid.
3. Two tabs for registrations are placed. One for participant making online payment and another for physical mode of payment. Choose your tabs carefully.
4. The Programming Languages shall be C & Python.
5. This event is conducted in Online mode only.
6. Code Chef will be the online platform for the conduct of the event.
7. Participant shall have 60 minutes maximum time to complete 5 codings.
8. This codeathon will be conducted from 8 P.M to 9 P.M on 28th December 2022 and the site Links will be sent prior to this.
9. Performance assessment shall be done by Code Chef based on National rankings, pertaining to Accuracy, Errors and time consumed by the competitors.
10. The Winner of "Codethon" is entitled to receive INR. 2000 worth Geeks for Geeks Coupons, Cash Prize of INR. 1000, T-shirt, Printed & e-Certificate, Publication in Newspapers and News letters. Prizes exist for 2nd & 3rd Runner-up which shall be detailed later.
“Encrypters & Decrypters”
(Encryption & Decryption)
Things to follow:

5. This event is conducted in Offline mode only.
6. The event will be organized in Round Mode.
7. Participant shall have 20 minutes maximum time to complete 5 encrypters & decrypt them.
8. The Winner of "Encrypters & Decrypters" is entitled to receive INR. 2000 worth Geeks for Geeks Coupons, Cash Prize of INR. 500, T-shirt, Publication in Newspapers and News letters. Prizes exist for 2nd & 3rd Runner-up which shall be detailed later.
“405 Found”
(Debugging)
Things to follow:
1. Registrations for this event shall be done only through https://avegg22.wixsite.com/aaveg-22 and shall be done from 15.12.22 to 22.12.22 only.
2. Registration fee of INR. 100 shall be paid.
3. Participant will be given several questions along with an explanation about what the code is expected to do. A solution will be provided with the problem description but the given solution will have several Logical Errors. We want to see how fast you can fix the existing code.
4. This event is conducted in Offline mode only.
5. The event will be organized in Round Mode.
6. The Winner of "405 Found" is entitled to receive INR. 2000 worth Geeks for Geeks Coupons, Cash Prize of INR. 500, T-shirt, Publication in Newspapers and News letters. Prizes exist for 2nd & 3rd Runner-up which shall be detailed later.
Tech Doodle
Things to follow:
1. Registrations for this event shall be done only through https://avegg22.wixsite.com/aaveg-22 and shall be done from 15.12.22 to 22.12.22 only.
2. Registration fee of INR. 100 shall be paid.
3. The Participant shall be given a set of Image representing technical knowledge, which needs to be identified and explained.
5. This event is conducted in Offline mode only.
6. The event will be organized in Round Mode.
7. Participant shall have 20 minutes maximum time to complete 15 tech doodles.
8. The Winner of "Tech Doodles" is entitled to receive INR. 2000 worth Geeks for Geeks Coupons, Cash Prize of INR. 500, T-shirt, Publication in Newspapers and News letters. Prizes exist for 2nd & 3rd Runner-up which shall be detailed later.
